Tonight we put on a Christmas record, broke out the bottles of Coke, lit our Christmas candle, and hung ornaments on our tree! Our second tree we decorated together--and now it feels like Christmas.
Zac and I both made the ornaments we hung. We painted the glass ornaments, and spray painted gold glitter onto our pine cones. It was a fun way to spend time with each other.
And I think I want to pop a bunch of popcorn and make a garland out of it, and wrap it around our tree, because there's something missing, and a popcorn garland would do just the trick!
Doing this with my man brought back the magic from when we decorated our tiny tree last year in our little basement apartment as newlyweds. What a fun time it's been since then.
Only 22 more days!
