If there was one word to describe the last few days, it would be...
RAIN.
It's been raining for at least a couple of hours everyday lately. This rain has the potential to be snow, but it isn't snow, and since it's not snow, I'm a little bummed out.
But tonight we are making slow cooker chili and homemade wheat bread (I can smell it from the oven now, mmmmm), so it's not all that bad. And we took our gold glitter spray paint can to all those little pine cones we gathered last week, and our apartment is slowly, but surely, starting to feel like Christmas.
So ya know what, rain? Stay. I don't care.
Just kidding, I really do. Please turn into snow before Christmas!
